Summary:
This episode discusses possible psychological and paraphilic characteristics of the "Delphi Murderer."    His behavior is consistent with sexual sadism in that he murdered two young teenage girls on February 13, 2017.  This is the type of offender who likely has other paraphilia's, sex offenses, and other criminal behaviors.  We encourage you to report any potential suspects to the Indiana State Police.  Abby and Libby and their families deserve justice.
