Pavitra Nayagie, also known as Pavina, is deeply passionate about serving children and singing She founded Moon Voice Empowerment to help communities in need. Through her company, she started an Early Intervention Program (EIP) and Behavior Therapy sessions for children with special needs, as well as Parenting Coaching for adults. She has conducted therapy sessions for children aged 2 to 11 years.

As a Behavior Therapist, she has the skills to plan and conduct therapy sessions effectively. Apart from her professional work, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in Educational Psychology. To better serve children, she has also completed various specialized courses and certifications, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Modification Coach (BMC), Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT), Subconscious Therapy Coaching, and Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT). Her strong time management skills allow her to balance her career and studies efficiently.

Additionally, Pavina is an active member of multiple NGOs. She is a registered psychologist under PSIMA and is set to receive her General Practitioner License in July on the route of pursuing Child Psychotherapy and Child Psychology Assessment. Her involvement in NGOs has helped her strengthen her leadership and communication skills.

She has attended numerous workshops and talks on personal development, humanitarian efforts, and community-based initiatives since 2018 as she has been certified under the HRDF (TTT) Programme and has conducted self-improvement programs and community events for orphaned children, parents of children with special needs, and rehabilitation programs as part of her community service efforts.Copyright Pavinayagie MV_Empowerment
