Paul Selig is a profound inspiration to me and a role model in my life. I have been deeply impacted not only by his work and the words channeled through him, but I see him as someone who shows the way for others, is courageous and dedicated to the path of utilizing his gifts to their max capacity. I aspire to live my life like Paul.

Paul Selig has channeled 12 books, from "the Guides" who are a collective or an energy of God/Source. Paul had a spontaneous Spiritual Awakening at the age of 25 in 1987. Starting at the age of 30, Paul worked with a small group of people that met at his apartment in New York City, where he channeled energy to assist in physical healing. This is where he learned and honed his craft of being a conduit or a receiver of higher energy. After 18 years of doing work, privately in a group and with individuals, as a side hobby on top of his day job as a professor and Playwright, The Guides asked Paul to started channeling and writing down what he received to create books.

Paul talks about his struggle with addiction and how he had a very difficult time in childhood, and later overcame this through purpose and drive.

I have read all of Paul's books, they have been like having a map for the subtle energy of the etheric realms and the unseen. When I first starting reading "I Am the Word" I remember feeling heat running through my body, I would have random bursts of energy, it was activating things inside me that I did not even know were there. Paul's work with the Guides has taught me the power and authority we hold over our realities and has ignited a fire and passion in me to join the cause of reconstructing this reality every day with the power of our intent and the power of our will.

This is a 9,000 word E-Book about my personal journey in breaking free of a Toxic Family Dynamic, reclaiming my power and healing my soul. I share in-depth, the experience of being the black sheep and outsider in my family, a certain knowing that I was born into the family to be an "oppositional force" of contrast in order to learn certain lessons. I share the story of how I reached rock bottom and built myself up from scratch, leaving New York starting a new life for myself alone in Arizona for the last 5 years.

My hope is that this book will assist those who are struggling in Narcissistic Family Dynamics where they were suppressed or devalued. I detail the steps I took, and the adversity I overcame in childhood, adolescence and adulthood to break these "Generational Curses" and become a strong and independent individual capable of expressing my emotions confidently and my passion in life is to help others find their own voice and their own power.
