For Episode 4, we sit down with Angela Womack. She is an expert in health and wellness. She also helps the homeless through her profession of social work. She explains to us her journey of fitness, her desire to go back to school  and the challenges and successes of entrepreneurship. 



Angela V. Jones-Womack is the founder of Fit In Fitness, a health and wellness company dedicated to improving the health and fitness conscience of both men, women, and children. The ultimate goal of Fit In is to assist individuals, companies, and institutions with improving their quality of life; spirit, mind, and body. Angela instituted Fit In, in 2003 as a means to combine her twenty plus years of experience in the healthcare industry, social work, and her love of fitness.

Angela’s extensive background in health care, her many years of fitness experience, as well as her patience and compassion for individuals facing life altering health disparities stemming from poor diet and sedentary lifestyles, inspired her to conceptualize Fit In Fitness.

Angela is also a Social Worker working with the homeless population with mental health disorders in Philadelphia. Angela is deeply dedicated to cultivating the minds and spirits of the people she serves by motivating them to be and offer their very best to God and to the world.time through

In episode 2, we sit down with Andrew Moore. He has had success in music, authoring books, and most recently he has been helping those with illness gain their health back through his holistic products. We discuss cannabis and the role the church can play in allowing its benefits to help many people in need. 

Andrew Moore aka Knowledge, is  a motivational speaker, music artist, actor, and model. His main focus is to guide and aid people of the importance of their positioning and purpose for their lives. His mission is to heal, strengthen, and empower people through Kingdom principles, music, and spirituality; incorporating values of service and compassion. His  mantra is to help those who struggle with suicide and depression which is where my ministry of hip-hop music was birthed. Knowledge uses his  music to help shed truth to the lies that pop culture/media industry so craftily influences people to believe. His ministry has led him to minister in multicultural arenas in different parts of the world through missions, like Oracabessa, Jamaica, as well as the tri-state area.

            He has performed and spoken on several webcast, television interviews, as well as countless performances at several church shows and community events. He also has been featured in Exodus Magazine (January 2008 issue) and live radio and television broadcasts. Knowledge's music has been played on local radio stations such as Philadelphia Praise 103.9 and at local outreach events by disc jockeys as far as the United Kingdom. He has ministered alongside other Gospel artists such as Bobby Bishop, Day of Fire, Building 429, Carriers of the Cross, EXIT, and Big Willie Y Otoniel.

            Knowledge also is a July 2012 graduate of the Actors, Models, and Talent for Christ (AMTC) Program where he acquired acting and modeling skills including Film and On Camera Technique, Improvisation, TV Commercial, Associate TV Presenter, Modeling, and Photography. During the completion of the program he won a trophy award for AMTC’s Role Model of the year!

We sit down with Laura McGill one of the highest ranking police officers in Pennsylvania. She is a true pioneer in her own  right. We discuss her journey through the process of becoming who she is today. We also discuss her thoughts on the state of Police officers and the issue of brutality amongst people of color.

Laura McGill is a creative and innovative professional with over 10 years of experience in higher education. A knowledgeable team builder with over 13 years of experience in the security industry with excellent leadership and administrative skillset.  Laura is passionate about forming a trust with law enforcement and the community while being a strong advocate for social justice, equity and diversity and inclusion.

In 2009, Laura began her law enforcement career with a police department as the only African American woman within the sworn police officers. It is through this experience, Laura developed a passion for advocacy and equality in law enforcement. Working in one of the largest Pennsylvania state institutions in higher education, Laura established programs to promote trust and engagement with the campus community. Having a strong dedication as a police officer, Laura continues to be a mentor to students and serves as an advisor to one of the student organizations. This commitment and dedication instigated a promotion in 2016 where Laura earned the rank of Detective and has served as the lead investigator of the Criminal Investigation Unit, and Training Unit. In 2020 Laura was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Assistant Director of Public Safety being the first woman to hold a leadership position in this history of her police department and the first African American woman to hold that rank in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
