Hi my love,

I had a moment this week where I caught myself doing something again.

Something I talk about often with my clients.Something I teach women to watch for.

And yet, there I was right in the middle of it.

It happened during a really full week in my business. Lots of creation happening, a launch, and many moving pieces behind the scenes.

And suddenly I realized something: “Oh… yep. I’m doing it again.”

Even after almost five years of coaching. Because the truth is, I’m human.
