    In this episode, we speak with Rosie O'Connell, the Digital and Transformation Lead for the South Hambleton and Ryedale Primary Care Network (SHaR PCN). In 2024, the SHaR PCN received funding as participants of a two-year NHS Pilot Project designed to increase health care delivery and capacity in the primary care setting. Rosie is the key lead on the effort to plan and implement innovations SHaR has made with the extra funding. Halfway through the project now, Rosie speaks about the process, challenges and successes.
