Enough of the toxic relationship convos!!! That’s so old and tired lol

Let’s get into how the first healthy relationship is eye opening and forces you to heal the parts of you that though were already healed. Let’s talk about how a healthy relationship will hold up that mirror and be like “No boo! You messing up……get it together and quickly”

Often times we get so caught up in social media norms that we forget what the reality is and ultimately end up sabotaging our relationships by trying to hold that person to an unrealistic standard. BE SO FORREAL y’all and immediately.

As we navigate through adulthood it’s important to build up your community and a huge part of that is your friends. Nobody has time for drama, fake friends, and being treated like an after thought. So on this episode I’m choosing violence and talking about how we are done being the “convenient” friend and choosing only people who choose us.

We only covered the surface last time about childhood trauma but let’s get a lil deeper. Nobody talks about the amnesia, or overthinking and how that affects your relationships, or shrinking yourself down, etc. Sooooo many things trigger us from childhood that we didn’t even realize until now and it takes a lot of patience to work through it and be honest with yourself. But this process is for YOU to heal and grow not for them.
