I met Riley in person after this podcast was recorded and himself and all the members of the Fat Fathers Run Club are amazing humans and athletes. They all crushed it out at Cure For Burr in Regina and are great members of the Saskatchewan running community. In this episode we chat about running, triathlons and balancing all of that with family life. Join the Fat Fathers Run Club Wednesday mornings at 4:30 am at Douglas Park Hill in Regina. All are welcome.

    Jan 3 2026

Happy New Year! This is a quick solo episode where I give a brief year in review and I give an idea of what to expect from the podcast moving forward (spoiler alert- expect the exact same thing haha). I also talk about my fun experience heading down to the CBC building in Regina and appearing on Blue Sky to discuss podcasting in Saskatchewan. If you want to listen to the show the link is below. I may also drop some news about a new Ultra making its way to Saskatchewan in 2027.
