In this episode, I am sharing a recording from a leadership coaching session with Victor Vorski.

Victor is a serial entrepreneur, village builder, regenerative pioneer and has a background in computer science. He also holds an MBA from McGill University and is the co-founder of the Gathering of Tribes, where I met him again this year with over 500 other people from the regenerative movement.
