The Kildare hurlers are showing plenty of promise in the early stages of the new year and newly appointed captain James Burke joins the show to discuss how David Herity's team are shaping up. 

The Kildare ladies footballers have already won their first league game of the season, a game notable for the goalscoring return of Róisín Byrne after a long injury lay off and the Sarsfields sharpshooter is also on the show to discuss her rehab, return to play, and the prospects for the Kildare team this year under new manager Diane O'Hora.
