About this listen

Hello! My name is Taylor Richmond. You can find me @BTayOkay online. I'm a student in college and a gamer! However, school and work take up so much of my time, it's easy for me to lose touch with the world of video games, let alone have the time to play a game. Not good, for someone who is studying to be a games journalist! I hope to use this podcast as an excuse to stay in the loop on the top gaming news stories, and an outlet to vent my thoughts. Listen to me talk to myself about school, the games I play, and the industry as a whole!Taylor Richmond Science Fiction

  • Episode 1: The First Day of Fall Quarter
    Oct 1 2023

This is the first episode of The Student Gamer Podcast! My name is Taylor Richmond. You can find me @BTayOkay online.

In this episode, I talk about my first day back at school after a few weeks off, some thoughts I have on Starfield, and a quick look at a couple of news stories in the world of video games.

As an aspiring video game journalist, it is my hope to stay familiar with what is going on in the industry. However, working and going to school take up so much of my time, I barely have time to play video games, let alone study them. I'm hoping this podcast will create an excuse for me to stay in the loop each week, and give me an outlet to vent my thoughts.
