WOTUS, or "waters of the United States," is an issue of great national importance as it establishes the geographic scope of federal jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act. We are reviewing the definition to ensure it follows the law, reduces red tape, cuts overall permitting costs, and lowers the cost of doing business in communities nationwide, and inviting public input through a series of listening sessions.
