About this listen
In 1982, seven people died from Tylenol contaminated by cyanide. It resulted in the largest voluntary recall in U.S. history up until that point. Tylenol was pulled off of the shelves, law enforcement canvassed neighborhoods with bullhorns, and the health department was going door-to-door. This also spawned over 270 copycat cases. There were two suspects in this case and we are going to exam them and everything that transpired.
