Hi! I'm your host Becca and I am a recovering alcoholic with over 8 years of sobriety. I speak with well-known sober people to help take the shame and stigma out of talking about alcoholism, sobriety and recovery through open and honest conversations.

I used to be ashamed to say I was an alcoholic or that I was sober because I was worried about what people would think of me and how I would be judged. That's all changed, today, I wear my recovery proudly.

Now, I hope to destigmatize the conversation around alcoholism and sobriety, and challenge the misconceptions.
