Some people are built by comfort. Isabella Honrado Rosal was built by something else entirely.

She grew up on a sugar cane farm in the Philippines, watching her mother distill, learning from her earliest years what it means to create something from almost nothing. She did not wait for opportunity to find her. She became someone who built it, chased it, and refused to let her circumstances write the ending.

Today Isabella is the founder of 7th Sky Ventures, an internationally recognized leader, a world traveler, a mother raising her family around the world and a woman who has survived more curve balls, pivots, and reinventions than most people face in a lifetime. Never once did she lose the human core that makes her one of the most compelling leaders in any room she enters.

Visibility is not vanity.

And they are some of the most convincing lies a person can believe because they come dressed up in humility.

The American Dream as it was sold to us was built on economic conditions that no longer exist. And if you have been working as hard as you know how to work and you are still not getting ahead, I need you to hear this clearly. That is not a personal failure. That is a systemic reality.
