Russell F. Hackmann, CFA, is the president of Hackmann Wealth Partners. Russell has over 25 years’ experience advising individuals and institutions on wealth and risk management. Prior to founding Hackmann Wealth Partners, Russell served as president of Axio Group and Axio Insurance Services, a New York-based securities and insurance distribution company. In addition, Russell served as Global Head of Variable Annuity Reinsurance at Swiss Re and held various executive positions in the derivatives business of Lehman Brothers, Bank of America, and UBS. Russell earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
