    ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

    Erin Banks is a speculative fiction writer from Northern Germany. Their debut novel, ABOUT RAGE, blends psychological horror, thriller, and drama, following a female serial killer. The book features a co-written soundtrack available on major music streaming platforms. They are currently working on the final two books of the trilogy, ABOUT REVENGE and ABOUT-FACE. They also wrote the nonfiction book Ted Bundy: Examining the Unconfirmed Survivors and translated it into German. Their work has been featured in various horror, paranormal, and poetry anthologies, and they have contributed to multiple authors’ works, including Kevin M. Sullivan’s The Enigma of Ted Bundy. * J. L. Lane is a horror author from Cheshire, England. Her short stories have featured in many anthologies and her debut novella, Where The Spiders Meet was released back in Spring of 2020, during the apocalypse. The second instalment in the series, When The Spiders Meet, is due out later this year, whilst she works on the third book in the series.

    She also offers editing and formatting services, as well as cover art. She is a qualified and experienced artist with a unique style, almost like a gut punch, that reflects her love of horror well.

    She has always enjoyed telling stories and learned the craft from her father. Spending many nights reading over stories he had written especially for her siblings and her, with them as the main characters. Jacky and the Robots being her favourite.

    J. L. Lane lives with her fiancé, their three children and many pets in a small boating town in the Northwest of England, surrounded by canals.

    She is a retired chef, who loves creating new dishes but cannot stand the atmosphere of commercial kitchens any longer.

    Mark Mackey is a fiction writer who has known only one state as residence and hometown, Chicago Illinois. Has co-written Soulless a ocean/island horror novel with Shawn Davis. The author’s stories can be found in various anthologies, some charity, others not.

    Author Bios:

    Dawn DeBraal lives in rural Wisconsin with her husband, a stray cat and a rescued dog. She has published over 700 short stories, drabbles, and poems in online ezines and anthologies. She tends to lean toward the horror genre because it makes her life seem so much better! Falling Star Magazine nominated Dawn for the 2019 Pushcart Award; she was Runner-up in the 2022 Horror Story Competition, two-time Author of the Month, nominated 2020, 2022, 2023 Author of the Year and received Contributor of the Year 2023 Spillwords Magazine.

    Mawr Gorshin was born Martin Gross in Timmins, Ontario, Canada, in 1969. He moved to Taiwan ROC in the summer of 1996, and has lived there ever since, working as a teacher of English as a second language.

    Nora B. Peevy is a cat trapped in a human’s body. Please send help or tuna. She is an Olympic champion sleeper and toils away for JournalStone/ Trepidatio Publishing as a submission reader, a reviewer for Hellnotes, and reads scripts for The H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival. Ms. Peevy recently took the position writing nonfiction articles for The Weird Wide Web. She also is a syndicate author for Thrill Ride eZine and has taken up freelance editing as well as editing for Unveiling Nightmares.     J.C. Maçek III is the author of the hit true crime novel The Black Dahlia (2024) and the producer of the 2018 film [CARGO], starring Ron Thompson of American Pop fame, as well as the author of the film’s tie-in novel. His other novels include The Antagonist and Seven Days to Die. He is the curator and editor of Symptom of the Universe: A Horror Tribute to Black Sabbath, an anthology of short stories and novellas inspired by the music and lyrics of every era of Black Sabbath. His short fiction and poetry has appeared in Weird Fiction Quarterly, Sleeve of Hearts, The Devil’s Playground, Morsus Vitae, The Beauty in Darkness and many more anthologies and periodicals.
