We’re drawing a hard line between training for appearance and training for a life you can actually enjoy, because the goal isn’t just to look fit. The goal is to feel capable in your own skin: less stiffness, fewer nagging aches, more energy, and more confidence doing normal things like carrying loads, getting off the floor, reaching overhead, and moving through your day without bracing for pain.

    We walk through why “movement quality” matters so much, especially as adulthood gets busier and stress piles up.
