A new Nintendo Direct! Last week, Nintendo presented us with a showcase containing a myriad of updates and reveals for Switch 2 games releasing later this year! For this week's episode, Alasyn, Corey, and Adrielle are breaking down the presentation and giving their thoughts on everything that was shown off! Titles like Xenoblade Chronicles, Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, Pokemon Pokopia, Switch Sports Resort, Kingdom Hearts, and more! This Nintendo Direct was jam packed!

And of course, we can't forget the star of the show, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake! To finish out the Direct, Nintendo confirmed that the rumored remake for Ocarina of Time is indeed real! Although the reveal trailer was short, that won't stop us from having plenty to say about it! It's about time for us to join in on some good ol' rumors and speculation! This week we're diving right in to discuss all things Ocarina of Time and what we would want to see from a possible remake! With a topic like this, there's always conversations to be had on improvements and changes; but since the Ocarina remake is still up in the air we'll also be theorizing just what kind of remake we could (potentially) be in for! Would we be looking at a simple resolution upscale from Ocarina of Time 3D? Or would this supposed remake be built from the ground up and feature an entirely re-imagined game? It's impossible to say anything for sure; but that won't stop us from trying!

All this, PLUS The Great Deku Tree Lego set discontinuing, the release date announcement for Mineru's Construct Amiibo, and the release date change for the Legend of Zelda movie!

Our Ōkami celebration comes to a close this week and to wrap things up we're looking ahead to the officially announced sequel! Back in 2024, Capcom revealed that the Ōkami sequel was in early development. After so many years since the original game's release there's a lot to discuss in regards to what we would want to see from a new game! This week we're listing off our suggestions and hopes on how the Ōkami sequel can improve on the original! From game pacing to story, game-play to technical improvements, and even the celestial brush itself!
