Kayy comes to The Exchange to speak on what marriage...or a domestic partnership... has been like for him and his experience with fatherhood. He speaks on what he brings to the table in the rap industry and what it has been like having not one, but two children. We talk about the laws of physics and we even get philosophical in this one.

We're back with a new twist - this episode was recorded live with 2 guests, Crimson Rose ( A new Guest / listener) and Pooh (a classic voice). This episode took me such a long time to try to finish- giving audio multiple playbacks, and figuring out how to make everything sound natural... note to self speak into the microphone.

This episode isn't about exchanging roses... rather giving people their flowers. Crimson Rose speaks about Bra Sizes, living and being intimate with A.D.D, and period pieces. We play "Red Light Green Light", speak about consent, and we get to hear how a sexually frustrated woman moans. Spoiler alert, Pooh does something he's never done for the first time EVER in his life, on the show.

Dear Listeners, Viewers, and Participants of Exchanges;

Its been a LONG time, but with summer sneaking around the corner the opportunities for exchanges grows ever so vastly.

This Exchange has been sitting in the vault for a long time (MONTHS) ready to be released for wandering souls to take heed.

After popular demand for more talks on the idea of Polyamory this Exchange is coming in at full force with newcomer Wred. I first learned about Wred from the Podcast - Terrible Dates and Then Some - Hosted by fellow affiliate, podcast partner, and inspiration Pooh. Wred has many stories that you can find in his talks with Pooh, but for this episode he opens up about his experience with Polyamory, his pursuit to develop relationships, learning about personal growth, and his history of sexual identity. We break down some ideas, misunderstandings, and the mistakes about stepping into the world as individuals of polyamory- Wred even schools me a bit about using love languages wrong which was an eye opener for yours truly. But this is the exchange, and if we can't openly discuss viewpoints and ideas respectfully, how are we going to grow as individuals.

This definitely gave me some insight and come check it out!

This is PART 2 to our first ever 2 PARTER episode.

WELCOME to the Exchange, I am joined by newcomer Night.

In part 1 Night came to me on the phone talking about his ongoing relationship with his girlfriend and the issues he has been having about how he's being treated, the comments she has been saying, and the overall confusing vibes of the relationship. After speaking with him for a bit he agreed to turn his situation into an episode and I was able to grab POOH once again, to give him a fresh set of eyes and a fresh set of ideas on what's going.

Pooh took over for a bit cause speaking to someone for an hour and speaking to them again about the same thing for another hour and some change is very tiring. We learn a little bit about Night and his relationship with his girlfriend. We learn about his various quirks and we learn about how hard this boy is willing to love, almost to the point that it hurts. What's a guy to do when he truly loves someone?

In Part 2 we come to the dramatic conclusion of Night's story and realizations. Pooh takes an in-depth look into his trauma bonding research and learns that the things that were happening in Night's relationship were tactics used to emotionally and mentally manipulate him. Talk about toxic.
