Happy New Years!! For Auld Lang Syne.....(ya, sorry about that). Join 2026 Ab as she gives positive life updates, describes her Christmas and New Years, and delves into why do we punish ourselves spending time with blood relatives and making ourselves miserable on the holidays instead of prioritizing our mental health and ensuring we only have positive memories to preserve.
