We are in the process of making major decisions about how to approach our remodel of our 100 year old hotel- In this episode we discuss different ways we can approach it, how to approach it successfully together, obstacles that we've encountered and tips we are applying from our Interior Design Course (Aubrey @autumnroseinteriors). With Fall coming, we also talked about pricing strategy changes. We use a software called Pricelabs to help our pricing stay accurate to the current market. We both grew up from families who love and value DIY, so growing our management skills was and is something we are still working on.
