Toledo stunned Iowa State 80-73 in the 1st round of the women's NCAA Tournament. Up next for the 12th seeded Rockets is a showdown against 4th seeded Tennessee.

In today's episode we look at the upcoming NIT game between Toledo and Michigan, and whether or not Toledo got snubbed with their seeding in the NIT.

The Toledo Rockets women's basketball team received a #12 seed in the women's NCAA basketball tournament and will play 5th seeded Iowa State in Knoxville, TN on Saturday. Iowa State is coached by former UT women's basketball coach Bill Fennelly, who took Toledo to 3 NCAA Tournaments and 3 WNIT appearances in 7 seasons at Toledo.

The Toledo Rockets men's basketball team defeated Miami University 91-75 to roll in the MAC Tournament semifinals. Seth Milner and EJ Farmer led the Rockets with 19 points each, as they improved to 26-6 and inch closer to a NCAA Tournament berth. The Rockets have won 16 consecutive games.

Toledo Rockets women's basketball improved to 26-4 and advanced to the MAC Semis with a tough 75-74 victory over Buffalo in the MAC quarterfinals. It wasn't easy, but MAC Player of the Year Quinesha Lockett hit a three pointer to send the game to overtime and then tied up the Buffalo shooter in the final seconds to seal the victory.
