  • Episode 1: Stop the Gaslighting
    Jan 14 2026

This is my first podcast ever, so you’ll hear the nerves and the stumbles. I introduce Toxic Tales and tell you about Betty Broderick—a woman who lost everything to gaslighting and manipulation. How does someone break like that?

  • Episode 1 Introduction to: Toxic Tales
    Jan 14 2026

Hello everyone, and welcome to Toxic Tales. I’m really glad you’re here.

I’m going to be honest—this is my very first podcast. You’ll hear it in episode one, which I actually recorded before this introduction. So yes… I’m new to this. But there’s something important I need to talk about, something many of us have experienced but don’t always know how to describe.

This podcast is about gaslighting, manipulation, and those toxic situations that make you question your own reality. My goal is to create a safe space for real conversations—whether you’ve lived through these experiences yourself, watched someone you care about go through them, or you’re just trying to understand what these patterns look like.

I’m not an expert or a therapist. I’m just someone who has seen enough to know that these stories matter, and these conversations are necessary.

So, welcome to Toxic Tales. Let’s dive in.

  • Episode 4: The Signs We Missed
    Jan 13 2026

The signs were there from the beginning, we just didn’t see them. In this episode, I dive into the red flags we miss in toxic relationships, starting with Dan Broderick’s intense pursuit of Betty. That persistence, that obsession, that feeling of being someone’s entire world, it feels like love, right? But what happens when that same intensity gets turned around and used to control you? I explore love bombing, the shift from adoration to disgust, and the patterns we attempt to recognize before it’s too late.
