Just after picture perfect sunrise, Adam Fearnall set off along the St. Lawrence River to take on the 2022 Québec Mega Trail 110km ultramarathon. Things didn't quite go according to plan, and his race included some surprises along the way. In Part 2 of this two-part series about QMT, Kelsey interviews Adam about his experiences on the trail, including how trained for his biggest ultramarathon to date and what happened when emotions like panic and anxiety showed up during the race. He gives you a glimpse into some of the thoughts and feelings he had along the trail, and some of the strategies he used during the experience.

After DNFing the Québec Mega Trail 110km race in 2019, Kelsey Hogan came back to win the 100-mile race in 2022 and set a new women's course record in 28:18:49. In Part 1 of this two-part series about QMT, Adam interviews Kelsey about her experiences on the trail, including encounters with sleepy porcupines and lots of good snacks. She shares some of the thoughts and feelings she has while running on the trail for an entire night, day, and into another night.
