  • We Were Gay Before It Was Cool : The Gospel According to Coco Peru - Part 2
    Feb 26 2026

It’s part 2 with the legendary Coco Peru- and it is ALL THAT, queen!

We get into Coco’s sitcom era — including Will & Grace — and the very glamorous experience of having your role slowly edited into oblivion. Did she spiral? No. Did she take it personally? Also no. Because when your name is still big in the credits, you sip your tea and move on.

We talk about Trick — the gay rom-com that changed lives (including one of ours in a Cleveland Hollywood Video aisle). Coco shares what it meant to finally be in a gay film that wasn’t about dying. Revolutionary! Groundbreaking! And somehow still under‑appreciated by the gay press at the time. Typical.

We also get into activism — and why Coco chose storytelling over rage. From early pushback within the community to being hated‑then‑loved in college, she reflects on building a drag persona that wasn’t about impersonating women, but about bridging gaps and telling the truth in heels.

    And then… retirement?

Less red-eye flights. More writing. More traveling with her husband. Maybe stepping away from nightlife economics and venues that care more about vodka soda sales than art. A radical concept: leaving the room with a little dignity.

We recorded this in snowy Vermont because we are nothing if not atmospheric.

This episode is about legacy, gratitude, survival, art, ego, exhaustion, and knowing when to exit before the spotlight starts flickering.

Like, subscribe, review, send this to someone who still quotes Trick, and for the love of God, take your phone off speaker.

  • Coco Peru Is Not Your Safe Space - The Truth According to Coco: Part 1
    Feb 19 2026

This week Daniel and I sat down with the legendary Coco Peru in Stowe and, girl, I was positively giddy.

I was first introduced to Coco in the truly seminal gay film Trick and have been a huge fan ever since.

And let me tell you she is everything you think she is and more! Coco glides in, perfectly composed, and immediately starts dropping wisdom like a glamorous life coach who’s survived both Fire Island and Provincetown.

We talk about Trick of course, Fire Island and how she met her Spanish husband there 30 years ago , the unique “trauma” of P‑Town travel, getting pelted with beads during a parade, and what happens when a gay crowd decides to get… spicy.

She breaks down the art of commanding a room, controlling your mic, and giving ski‑week gays something to laugh at without losing your soul.

    She’s sharp.
    She’s hilarious.
    It’s deeply self-aware.

She’s brutally honest (as only Coco can be).

It’s very “I’ve been doing this longer than you’ve been moisturising.”

And this is only Part 1 of 2, people.

    Part 2? Even gayer.

  • Emotionally Available 365 or Don’t Bother (Not Just on Valentine’s Day)
    Feb 12 2026

    🚨 TRIGGER WARNING 🚨

If you think love is only for February 14th… this episode might offend you. 💋

On this week’s Trigger Warning, I’m coming for the “Valentine’s Day only” romantics. Because why are we hoarding kindness like it’s limited edition chocolate?!

I’m talking about spreading love beyond Valentine’s Day — and no, not in a cringey greeting card way. I mean real‑life, everyday, slightly chaotic, sometimes inconvenient acts of kindness.

    Yeah, I said inconvenient.

    Like:
    ❤️ Texting your friend first
❤️ Sending the “this made me think of you” meme
❤️ Actually telling people you love them (wild concept)
❤️ Not waiting for a holiday to act like a decent human

I get into my own personal reflections, travel moments, and the tiny, low‑effort but high‑impact ways we can show up for the people in our lives. Because connection isn’t built on grand gestures — it’s built on consistency.

    And if that triggers you?
You might be exactly who needs to listen. 😌

  • Penis Paintings & Other Opening Night Stories: This Episdoe Should Come with a Warning
    Feb 5 2026

OK queens, Adam and I are back — and somehow we thought it was a good idea to record an episode during the opening night of our brand‑new restaurant, Zip 66. Was it chaotic? Yes. Was it smart? Debatable. Was it on brand? Completely.

This episode is a fever dream of art, nightlife, and explicit humor, fueled by adrenaline, bad decisions, and zero sleep. I get into stories from my time working with Lorne Michaels, a painting heist involving militant lesbians (still can’t believe that sentence is real), and we sit down with the legendary Brent Ray Fraser — the artist known for painting with his penis. Yes, his penis! No metaphors. No soft launch. Just facts.

We talk about what it’s actually like hosting house guests while everything around you is on fire, the weird beauty of making provocative, sexual art, and why pushing boundaries is both necessary and exhausting. Laughter, chaos, unexpected insight, and a whole lot of unapologetic honesty.

If you’re sensitive, easily offended, or listening at work… Consider this your warning.

    Jan 29 2026

It’s cold outside, but it’s HOT in here!

If you’re freezing (emotionally or otherwise), consider this your winter escape. Adam and I are back and fully bringing you Labor Day Weekend in February.

This week on Trigger Warning, we’re serving Summer in Winter, complete with Burning Man dust, NYC nightlife chaos, Southern Decadence memories, and the cultural institution that is Miss Fire Island.

Think desert windstorms, drag pageantry at its finest, late nights, loud opinions, and full‑on summer behavior in the middle of winter.

    Sunscreen optional!

  • The Episode You’ll Hate Before You Listen: Our Conversation with Sherry Pie (Yes! That Sherry Pie)
    Jan 22 2026

    Yep. We went there.

This week is a JUMBO episode- extra Trigger.

So, buckle up queens because we KNOW you are gonna have something to say. Recently, Adam and I sat down with Sherry Pie — yes, that Sherry Pie from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12 — for a conversation a lot of people weren’t interested in having.

This is not a puff piece, girl. It’s a messy, uncomfortable, sometimes funny, sometimes brutal discussion about cancel culture, accountability, shame, forgiveness, and whether redemption is actually possible in the LGBTQ+ community — or if we just like pretending it is.

And Sherry Pie delivers a no-holds-barred, super candid interview that was WAAAAY overdue.

Along the way, we zigzag from drag as high art to public downfall, from internet pile‑ons to personal responsibility, and from empathy to the question nobody agrees on: who gets grace, and who never does?

This episode asks, can there be accountability without erasure, consequences without cruelty, and what “moving forward” even means when the internet never forgets or forgives.

    Listen — or don’t.
    But you’ve been warned.

  • Stray Pride, CBD Dogs & Who Wore It Out Best
    Jan 15 2026

Hi Kids, It’s Daniel. And this episode is… a lot. In the best way.

Adam and I kick things off doing what we do best: talking sh*t and pretending we have a plan. From there, we head straight into Stray Pride on Fire Island—a fabulous, chaotic, heart‑warming celebration of stray animals, complete with a pet blessing, a parade, and enough emotional damage to make you want to adopt three dogs immediately.

    Then things get weird (obviously).

We’re joined by Carter Eastler from Myco Dog- a CBD Dog Health company, who comes in hot with actual knowledge about CBD and mushrooms for dogs—from anxiety and pain relief to cognitive decline. Yes, this is educational. No, we don’t behave.

Not that I am into “gotch journalism” but Adma and I suprised Carter by reminding him that he’s hooked up with both me and Adam, which naturally leads to our most scientific segment yet:
    “Who Wore It Out Best?”
No notes. No shame. Just vibes and questionable memories. Ya gotta hear this to believe this.

We wrap things up with our personal pet‑related triggers, rescue stories, and a few unfiltered rants—including thoughts on weight loss products, misinformation, and why adopting shelter animals actually matters (even when you’re distracted by chaos and horniness).

    This episode has:

    • Animal advocacy ✅
    • Gay chaos ✅
    • Educational moments we immediately ruin ✅
    • Personal oversharing ✅✅

Listen at your own risk. Or don’t. But if you do… you’ve been warned.

  • Trigger Warning: Nude Beaches and Broadway Meltdown with Special Guest Doug Wright
    Jan 8 2026

Welcome back, queen—I’m Daniel Nardicio, and this episode of Trigger Warning is exactly why the podcast probably needs a disclaimer (and a margarita).

Adam and I kick things off by unpacking our impending Mexico misadventures—from nude beaches and tequila brands to gym delusions and packing nightmares—before we’re joined by Pulitzer Prize– and Tony Award–winning playwright Doug Wright. Casual flex.

Doug drops in to talk about the beautiful madness of a life in theater: surviving critics, reviving Broadway classics (yes, Damn Yankees), navigating film projects, and why haunted houses and horror movies still hit a nerve. We also spiral—naturally—into modern media overload, John Candy vs. Sean Penn, Alaskan fishing, pet peeves, and the existential joy of living and working in Mexico.

Expect unfiltered opinions, irreverent banter, and just enough enlightenment to justify the offense. If you love nightlife culture, Broadway gossip, creative chaos, and conversations that absolutely do not play it safe—this one’s for you.

🔥 Listener discretion advised. Curiosity encouraged.
