Today we are talking about Yoga. I know, it’s kinda random. But I feel like recently, Yoga has become super popular but unfortunately, not everyone who practices yoga bothers to learn about the origins of this amazing discipline. So I wanted to interview a Yoga Instructor to learn a little bit more about it.

Lucky for me, my best friend in the whole world has been practicing Yoga for some years now and she's training to become a Yoga instructor, so she’ll be able to answer all of our questions.

To be honest, I have some preconceived notions when it comes to the way the western word practices yoga. So I’m really excited a little bit more about it and hopefully this conversation will change my mind.

I know I'm the biggest advocate for therapy, but for the longest time I thought that Couples Therapy was the last resort before a couple decided to break up for good. I just didn't see the point of going through all that trouble. But recently I've heard of a lot of people who do Couples Therapy as a preventative measure. So I decided to do an episode about this and see if someone could change my mind.

It was one of the toughest conversations I’ve had on this show, but I didn’t want to cut anything out. So I decided to cut this into two episodes so you could get to hear their full stories.
