Trusting the Journey and Discovering Personal Freedom with Shawna Rasch

In this episode I get to interview my friend and longtime client Shawna Rasch from Houston, Texas about her seven-year personal development journey. Shawna shares how hearing about life coaching at a work conference led her to work with her first coach who helped her recognize that her intense need for control that was rooted in a chaotic childhood, was driving burnout, strained relationships, and 60+ hour workweeks. Through coaching, parts work, and learning to set boundaries and say no, she began healing and experiencing major shifts in her marriage and relationships with her children. In 2022, despite fear and no job lined up, Shawna resigned from a role she once planned to retire from, moved into flexible contract work in her own consulting business, Rasch Innovative Solutions, and later launched her nonprofit Biscuits Cat Haven and invites listeners to connect and donate to her mission.
