We are back! In episode 6 we discuss the difficulties we have faced leading up to this archery season and some things we are going accomplish to make the best of it. We’ve had a really wet spring making it hard to plant food plots and a dry summer causing late planted crops to struggle. This season could be full of surprises and we’re here to bring it to yall!

2025 spring turkey season has come to an end, leaving us empty handed. This past season was one of the toughest seasons yet, battling hard work schedules and smart birds. With the warm summer months ahead and the 2025-2026 deer season around the corner it is time to start preparing. Food plots, bow tuning, and equipment upgrades are all in the works. On the 4th episode of the TRP podcast "Turkey Cast" we discuss some ideas and tactics for the 2025 spring turkey season here in western KY along with throwing it back to NWTF Convention. Kentucky Deer and Duck season have come to an end. Recap of both seasons while slowly moving into turkey season. Some new plans for the spring time turkey season and some prep work for the 2025 deer season are on the calendar.

The rut is off to a rough start in western Ky, warm weather and rain is slowing us down. With cooler temps coming in towards the end of the rut we are hoping to see some more action and hopefully make contact with a shooter deer.
