• Sciatica, Selling Houses & Am I The Asshole?
    Feb 28 2026

Quick life update: our backs are fighting us. Yashua may have re-aggravated her sciatica, Ashley says her back hurts from “carrying her job,” and apparently we might need Biofreeze, Tiger Balm, or entirely new chairs. Send help.

Yashua shares the emotional rollercoaster of getting ready to relist her house — new listing photos, pre-approvals, and possibly house shopping in New York. She’s nervous about repeating the last experience and getting her hopes up again.

Then we dive into today’s chaos: Reddit’s Am I the Asshole? Yashua reads, Ashley judges, and then we compare her verdict to what Reddit decided. There’s a tangent about the importance of names, an unexpected Puerto Rican pride moment, and Yashua getting distracted trying to sign a listing contract mid-episode.

We wrap with something simple but important: let your kids express themselves freely in their own home.

Pain, property, pride, and petty internet drama — just another episode.

  • We Needed Each Other
    Feb 26 2026

    This episode gets vulnerable.

Yashua opens up emotionally, and Ashley follows as we talk about needing support but not knowing how to ask for it. Growing up independent and self-sufficient shaped our relationship in ways we didn’t realize — sometimes making love feel like a responsibility instead of a choice.

We also dive into pathological envy, malicious envy, insecurity, and the attractiveness halo effect — and how comparison culture quietly fuels resentment.

If you struggle with communication, independence, or hidden jealousy, this one’s for you.

  • Teen Pregnancy, Period Stigma & Double Standard
    Feb 24 2026

We’re back after missing last Wednesday and Friday (Yashua’s sciatica flare-up had her OUT), and this episode goes from recovery mode to real-life debates fast.

We break down TLC’s Unexpected and the reality of teen pregnancy — including the 13-year-old father and the 15-year-old mother preparing for a baby. Why does society still place most of the blame on teen moms while teen dads are allowed to “live their life”? Ashley talks about the lack of open conversations between parents and kids, and Yashua calls out the double standards young women face.

Then we zoom out into the larger stigma women deal with daily — especially around periods and the pressure to hide something completely natural. Why are we still whispering about tampons like it’s a crime?

And because we can’t stay serious for too long… yes, we address the viral “cooter muffins” conversation that Instagram decided we all needed to see.

Teen pregnancy. Accountability. Period stigma. Internet chaos.
    It’s layered. It’s honest. It’s us.

  • Snack Behavior
    Feb 17 2026

Today’s episode is a safe space for strange food behavior.

From strawberry milk + Ritz cracker cereal energy to Ashley taking apart burgers like she’s on a cooking show no one asked for — we’re unpacking the habits we refuse to outgrow.

We’re talking food rituals, odd combos, childhood tendencies that stuck, and the line between “this is valid” and “straight to jail.”

  • We Brought It Back to Rom-Coms, Okay?
    Feb 14 2026

Valentine’s Day. Not Valentimes. Please learn how to spell before you buy heart-shaped candy.

This week we start off debating the real red flag of the season: couples who sit on the same side of the booth. Why? Who are you hiding from? Is the wall part of the relationship? We have questions.

Then, like any normal podcast, we aggressively pivot into sports movies.

Yashua goes full motivational locker room speech over Miracle (2004, Disney, 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team… yes, she knows the year, yes, don’t get her started). If you hear “AGAIN!” yelled at any point, just mind your business. Meanwhile, Ashley is over here defending the holy trinity: The Sandlot, Rookie of the Year, and The Mighty Ducks — which Yashua absolutely does not respect. At all.

From there we spiral into underrated vs. overrated movies, actors who deserved better, actors who maybe got a little too much, and cinematic hot takes no one asked for.

And somehow — beautifully, chaotically — we bring it back to romance. From The Prince & Me to The Wedding Date, we prove this episode was Valentine’s-adjacent the whole time. Obviously.

So grab a drink, celebrate Galentine’s with the girls (wink), and enjoy another completely unhinged but somehow connected episode.

  • Two Sisters And...Would You Rather?
    Feb 12 2026

This episode is unstructured chaos in its purest form. We threw logic out the window and let our brains wander into the most absurd, unnecessary, and wild questions out there.

There is no theme. No moral lesson. No productivity. Just spirals, strong opinions about things that don’t matter.

It’s fast. It’s random. It makes zero sense. And somehow it all connects… kind of.

If you like your podcasts slightly unhinged, mildly concerning, and powered entirely by intrusive thoughts — this one’s for you

  • Two Sisters And... Weekend Update
    Feb 10 2026

We’re catching up on the weekend because we missed Friday (Ashley was too tired and fully passed out on the couch). From a failed second-grade dance and a devastated 8-year-old (no mac & cheese balls ) to Ashley’s low-key birthday weekend (Woot 35… don’t talk about it).

Saturday took a dark turn at a Serial Killer Exhibition—fascinating, unsettling, 10/10 facts—followed by a very unserious attempt to recover at a “cute” coffee shop with sold-out pastries, display-only treats, and overpriced mid matcha.

Sunday was rest for Ashley, family chaos for Yashua (indoor playgrounds, feral children, and trampolines), and the Benito Bowl where PR pride was LOUD and PROUD. Ricky Martin moved Ashley, Lady Gaga was shaky, Benito killed it.

We wrap with unhinged Taylor Swift internet discourse because of course we do. What a weekend.

  • Two Sisters And...Heavy Talks, Light Detours
    Feb 5 2026

We start the episode not knowing what we’re going to talk about—and somehow end up exactly where we needed to be.

Yashua opens up about her therapy journey, her relationship with food, disordered eating thoughts, and the daily struggle with the scale. Ashley shares her concerns, her gratitude for these conversations, and why speaking openly matters—without letting things spiral.

As always, the heaviness doesn’t stay heavy for long. We drift into lighter chaos: gift-giving debates, Ashley turning 35 this Saturday (even though she doesn’t believe in making birthdays a big deal), and Yashua doing the absolute most about birthdays. We spiral into TV tropes, random observations, and yes—another editing glitch in the name of protecting Yashua’s son.

Honest, messy, reflective, and chaotic in the end—just the way this podcast works.
