Big in-house product design teams made up of UX architects, UI designers, and UX researchers are just a sad handful and are on the road to redundancy.


Forget about User Testing, accessibility and Design Ethics.


We now see a bunch of Figma monkeys pushing pixels where Product Managers and Business Hippos want them.


The result is shitty products and frustrating experiences when you want to use a digital service.

No one complains because "it's toxic and unproductive"


So here I am.

    Remember when we used to give a shit about users? When we'd actually talk to them, test our designs, and - God forbid - make things accessible?

    Those days are long gone. Now it's all about pushing pixels to please product managers who couldn't tell UX from their own assholes.
