I created this is a moment of experiencing a shadow.
This is what I do to walk myself through a feeling that I “don’t like”
+ to teach myself and train my brain how to reframe that feeling/thought to benefit me.
I’ve been doing a ton of brain reporgramming on a subconcious level and excited to share the tools, healing exercises that I am taking myself through with you.
Goodness this is not easy…. from trying to run up the hill to hitting a plateau & then falling down the hill. I swear sometimes it feels like an uphill battle.
I’ll be honest, sometimes I fall down the hill.
but I always get back up & I never give up on myself.
Use this as a tool to get you through a dark feeling/working through shadows.
