    Nand Bharadwaj is a well-known Rajasthani and Hindi writer and a media expert. He has written a number of books on poetry, fiction and literary criticism, as well as a collection of articles on contemporary media. Bhardwaj translated Albert Camus’s novel The Stranger in Rajasthani. He has received the Sahitya Akademi Award for his novel Samhi Khulto Marag, and the Bihari Award by K. K. Birla Foundation, among numerous others. As a former media professional, Bhardwaj worked with All India Radio and Doordarshan for more than three decades, retiring as the Senior Director, Doordarshan Kendra, Jaipur.
