When we last left Franklin, he had a disappointing second term as President. Power grabs and not working together with others made his third term outlook bleak. In addition, his will to run again was weak. However, there was a dark storm approaching. With World War 2 starting to break out, Franklin realized his people needed a strong leader to guide them through the treacherous waters.
