Dr. Everette Penn earned his doctorate degree in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Penn works with nine programs in Behavioral and Cultural Sciences. He is the Principal Investigator for the Teen and Police Service Academy, Department of Justice/COPS Office funded program (www.TAPSAcademy.org) and has authored dozens of publications on juvenile justice, race and crime and homeland security.

In 2005, he was named a Fulbright Professor of American Studies in Egypt. He is on the Board of Directors for the Fulbright Alumni Association and Chairs the Diversity Task Force. He continues to teach at the graduate level: Race and Crime, Graduate Criminology Seminar and Internship.

Kevin has his undergrad degree from Rutgers University and  MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Kevin presently holds the title of Associate Director at Bristol Myers Squibb where he has been employed for the past 25 years.
