In this episode we are delighted to chat with Neil Hendry who is one of the first graduates from the Columba 1400 Head Teacher Leadership Academy. Neil is currently Head Teacher of Inverurie Community Campus in Aberdeenshire.
Neil shares his core values and how his relationship with values has evolved since he started teaching and now as a Head Teacher. He shares how values can be lived in the life of the school with our young people and our adults. We finish with some reflections on how value and care for the adults in our schools and in particular early career teachers.
