From floods to droughts, the results of climate change are becoming more present and deadly across the continent. Young climate activist, Vanny Kasajhi, from Zambia, has made it his mission to raise awareness about climate change, bringing to bear the humanitarian consequence of climate disasters, while also seeking locally grown solutions to this existential challenge facing the continent.
