A doorway to the sacred space of your being. Here, you choose how free you are in whatever life brings you.

This is simply a possible direction to go. Take only what feels right to you. If anything I say causes you more restlessness or anxiety, don’t entertain it further.

May the divine light of your heart guide you.No need to engage with the compulsions of the mind. And no need to judge oneself for such engagement, as that is further giving of the power to the mental constructs.

I recorded this video about a month ago, and if asked today to make this video, it would be different; however, I keep it as is, as it is precious from the inspiration of the moment.

Do it because it lights you up. Follow that thread from the seed of silence, and you find your way. Trust in your experience, trust in your findings, and stay open from the heart of the moment.
