Dalton is the recipient of the 2023 Jim Warfield Acting Award & will be reprising his role as Emily at the MHC Friday Night Haunt Tour as Abandoned Haunted House Complex opens its gates mid-summer! Mike sits down with Chicago Haunt Builders Rudy Durand & his daughter Sophia. Both are the masterminds behind Corroded Souls, a home haunt in Plainfield, IL that has recreated the “clickers” or fungi-infested zombies from the video game & tv series The Last of Us. Sophia’s talents in graphic design allow her to recreate movie-like quality on the clickers while Rudy takes inspiration from all kinds of horror to create an authentic & organic look. They even take their haunt adventures into running marathons & cooking. Come for the zombies, stay for the barbecue!Then stay tuned for Tyler Booth (A.K.A Areush) of Disturbia Haunted House. Both Tyler & Areush are characters, but you won’t want to miss some of these whacky stories & incredibly funny moments both within the haunt world & even in everyday life! Tyler is Barstool Sports famous, but not for his time as a hockey goaltender between the pipes, although he does strap up the goalie pads & even the slider pads on as well, occasionally!
