So often our walk with the Lord and our relationships in the church community do not take into question our personal health and physical fitness. These two facets of our lives should not be at odds with one another but instead working as a cohesive unit of mind, body, and soul. Paul told Timothy that physical fitness had some importance. Beyond that though physical fitness illustrates the dedication and perseverance required for spiritual fitness. Physical fitness This is our call to action.     You don’t have to go through life alone. A relationship with God is the most important relationship we can have. But having close relationships with friends is important too. You can’t go through life alone. You need to have people to lean on, people to trust and share everything with, and people to call you out. I know it’s easy to think you are alone and unloved in the world today. But i promise there are people out there for you tp live life with and who love you just the way you are.
