    President Trump recently signed an Executive Order requiring federal workers to return to work in-person at their respective duty stations on a full-time basis. The Washington Navy Yard area, home to FEMA, the GSA, and other federal agencies, has about 4,500 parking spots but approximately 17,000 workers are expected to commute into the area.
