About this listen

Safe Place is a sexual assault center in southeast Indiana. We often hear "that's a sensitive subject" or "we don't talk about that here" in our work, so we wanted to create a safe space to talk about subjects that are generally considered sensitive or taboo. Our topics range from consent and healthy sexuality to being single to coping with unwanted sexual experiences. We aim to shift the culture to one that talks about and supports survivors and provide a way to find hope, help, and healing in a world that doesn't always talk about sexual experiences. We DO talk about that here.We DO Talk about that Here is not a substitution for in-person services, counseling, medical care, or legal advice.
