We watched “Better Call Saul” season 5 after we lost the recording we did about seasons 3 and 4. We talk about all three seasons and where we leave Kim, Mike, Nacho, Howard, and Saul at the end of season 5. Next stop, Breaking Bad and any movies we both watch and enjoy (but not ‘Cocaine Bear’, which Grams did not watch).

We watched all of season 3 of Star Trek: Lower Decks in fall 2022. We enjoyed the character arcs, mysteries solved, and all the California cities’ victory over Ohio - I mean Texas.

We watched the 1967 psychological thriller film “Wait Until Dark” in October 2022. We discussed the choice of Audrey Hepburn to play a blind woman; the Roach’s choice to go all in with disguises; and how the whole thing could have been avoided if it weren’t for the bratty neighbor girl. We will check out other classic movies from the time period in the future.

We watched the British series “Don’t Hug Me .I’m Scared” in summer and September 2022. This is a dark comedy absurdist nonsensical show that parodies but also explores the ideas of young children’s shows, defying all expectations. So clear your mind and prepare yourself to not be ready for what you’re about to see.
