She is a fund manager, author and advisor to family offices globally, with deep experience across African family enterprises, governance design and intergenerational capital allocation. Her work sits at the intersection of family continuity, investment strategy and long‑term economic contribution. Tsitsi Mutendi is a Family Business Consultant and Family Office Specialist who helps families and businesses build governance, succession, and philanthropy strategies to create lasting legacies and multi-generational wealth. She is the co-founder of African Family Firms – The African Family Business Association, the voice of African family businesses. Tsitsi believes family businesses are key to sustainable economies and is passionate about equipping families with the skills and knowledge to achieve their vision and values.
