About this listen

Week 13, according to the curriculum of the Self-Mastery program, is dedicated to rest and reflection on the past 3 months.

A whole week of space to look at what has changed in me and with me. To once again take a bird's eye view of the entire time, since the beginning of this incredible journey, from a higher vantage point.

It is an invitation to consciously perceive the transformation so far on the level of body, mind and emotions, which I gratefully accept.
