There was a time when David while he was on the run from Saul craved water from a certain well. Two soldiers went to the enemy camp where the well was located and fetched the water for David. David said the water was too expensive because it was at the risk of loss of life and therefore he could not drink it. Because of how much the water was worth, David offered it to God instead of fulfilling his individual needs and cravings. On this day I offered my life to God by trusting that he could protect me from whoever was lurking from the government, to kill me. Word. Thank you Jesus.
