I’m on a mission to bring some levity to the spirituality space because I believe that the deeper we go into personal development and spiritual work, the more we need to learn how to compassionately laugh at ourselves along the journey.  On this podcast we’re going to discuss all the shit they forgot to tell you about being a grown up, when you were growing up. I thrive in talking about all things cringy or taboo because I think it’s so important that we discover what is really making us uncomfortable in these discussions. 

Transparency doesn’t just mean honesty. It also means to allowing light to pass through so that objects behind can be distinctly seen. So with that being said you can expect vulnerable conversations from the heart encoded with immense amounts of light to hopefully bring you a sense of resonance, peace, new perspectives, and some chuckles no matter where you’re at in your journey.
