  • Running Past All Walks of Life

    Who’s on the trail, and what’s their life like? Out running, I noticed the other people walking and rolling on the trail, watched how they interacted with each other, with me. I wondered what it would be like to chat with the lonely dad with the stroller. It would have been weird. So I kept running. I passed out the smiles and head nods as I passed the people, but that didn’t quite make up for the opportunity I passed on to reach out and connect with somebody. Makes me wonder … if we take all this time to work on our own Mind, Body and Spirit, what are we missing if we don’t also work on relationships?
