Sometimes situations comes about in our lives that's unpredictable. Things could be going great then days, months or years later bad luck (as most people would say) could strike upon your life. Things could start happening that you never thought would happen to you. Sometimes....life's circumstances could turn your life upside down. But that doesn't have to be the end of your life. You don't have to give up even though you might want to (sometimes). I'm going talk about ways that'll help you cope during those trying times.
