About this listen

Where We Gather is a faith-centered podcast for women who want to draw closer to Jesus Christ through personal study and gathering with others.

Each episode creates space to slow down, listen, and gather our hearts to the Savior. Through thoughtful discussions, personal stories, and reflections on scripture and the words of living prophets, Where We Gather explores how Christ teaches, heals, and invites us into deeper trust and discipleship.

Host Audra Elkington, a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, brings a grounded and compassionate perspective shaped by her own journey of stepping away from the Church and returning with intention. By rebuilding her testimony from the foundation up and focusing on her personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Audra learned that the Savior Himself is the center of gathering.

This podcast is for anyone who:

  • Wants to feel more connected to Christ
  • Desires a more meaningful approach to scripture study
  • Longs for honest, faithful conversations that nourish the soul
  • Feels called to gather, invite, and share in quiet, authentic ways

Where We Gather is rooted in the belief that the gospel of Jesus Christ is for everyone who is willing to turn toward Him. And that gathering Israel often begins in small, faithful moments of connection.

Audra has been featured on LDS Living's 'This is the Gospel,' Time Out for Women, and has taught at FSY, Online Institute, and SALT Gathering. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University.

  • Bring People In: A Conversation on Christlike Gathering, Generosity and Faith with Lana Corbitt
    Jan 13 2026

What does it really mean to bring people in? To Christ, to light, and to belonging?

In this soul-filling conversation, Audra sits down with her dear friend Lana to explore what Christlike gathering looks like in everyday life. Together, they talk about how Jesus Christ invites, heals, and gathers hearts through scripture study, temple worship, generosity, hospitality & simple actions.

Lana shares tender insights about learning from the temple during a season of post-partum depression, how simple phrases from scripture can strengthen our testimony of Christ, and how the Lord uses our unique gifts to bless others. You’ll hear reflections on consecration, loneliness, motherhood & creating meaningful connection with unlikely people.

This episode is for anyone who wants to:

    • Feel less alone
    • Strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ
    • Learn how gathering can look simple, imperfect & still create strong relationships
    • Find gentle invitations to act without adding more pressure

Whether gathering looks like opening your home, offering a sincere compliment, asking for help, or simply noticing the people God places in your path, this conversation will encourage you to trust that everyone has a place at the table.

  • Introducing My Current Testimony of Jesus Christ
    Jan 6 2026

It's the start of a new year and most of us are doing some reflecting, re-evaluating, starting, stopping, etc.

But have you taken time to ponder your testimony?

This new series is all about CURRENT testimonies of Jesus Christ. Before we dive in and hear from some amazing women on what their testimony looks like right now, I wanted to give you a little peek into where this idea came from.

You'll hear a powerful testimony from President Dallin H Oaks and how scripture stories have helped shape his testimony of Christ throughout his life. And how we can use life transitions as a catalyst to develop our testimonies in new ways.

As always, you'll walk away from this short episode with an invitation you can act on this coming week. Thanks for being here!

  • Gift Baskets: What you fill yours with, the Lord will return overflowing
    Dec 16 2025

Are you a one big gift person or do you prefer a gift basket (or stocking stuffers)?

In this end of year episode of the Where We Gather podcast, Audra is sharing her reflections on an invitation she accepted at the beginning of the year.

You'll hear about the miracle of the loaves and fishes from John 6 in the New Testament and what happens when you give your own gifts to the Lord.

You walk away from this episode with an invitation that puts a very intentional twist on the idea of making goals for the year ahead - one that will certainly help you grow closer to Christ and experience the gift of gratitude more fully.
